Getting Pegasus to Work in Internet Explorer

If Pegasus isn't loading when you click on an e-mail link in Internet Explorer (IE), it may be because IE doesn't realize you want to use it.

Fixing this problem only takes a couple of easy steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer

  2. Find the "Tools" menu option and click on it

  3. In the "Tools" menu, click on "options". This should open an Internet Options window.

  4. In the Internet Options window, locate the "Programs" tab and click on it. Once this is done, you will see a number of categories such as HTML editor, E-mail, Newsgroups, etc.. Locate the E-mail category and click on the dropdown list next to it.

  5. In this menu, locate "Pegasus Mail" and click on it. The menu should now disappear and you should see "Pegasus Mail" next to the E-mail category.

  6. Once this is done, click on OK. You are now finished!
