Supported Software

ACCS currently offers installation support for all software listed in the AITAG Software Baseline. This includes software installation and basic troubleshooting as well as software updates. Unfortunately, due to resource limitations, we are not always able to assist in supporting or training people on the use of these programs.

Specialty Software

Specialty software is considered to be any software not specifically mentioned in the AITAG Sofware Baseline. Specialty software is not supported by ACCS. While we will certainly make an attempt to help you install the software, we can't guarantee that it will work or be properly configured. In most cases we are unfamiliar with it and are unaware of any system or setting requirements it might have. All support questions for this type of software should be directed to either the software manufacturer or a specified local software contact.
