added to the list of videoconferencing sites all
the time, it is important to properly schedule
your videoconferences and contact the individuals
responsible for each site. This section will assist
you in learning more about the various North Dakota
sites, nationwide sites and scheduling a conference.
Setting up
a videoconference
To connect three or more videoconference
units into a single connection, you need to arrange
to use a Multipoint Connection Unit (MCU) or bridge.
This MCU/bridge will automatically connect each
participating videoconference location at scheduled
time. Please follow the instructions provided
below before filling out scheduling form.
