Videoconferencing

Scheduling Nuts & Bolts Resources

NDSU Agriculture, various K-12 schools and the higher education system have been using various types of video-conferencing for more than 10 years. But most of these systems relied on "dedicated phone lines." This website describes a newer, Internet-based video-conferencing system which is less expensive and more accessible than alternative technologies. Internet-based video-conferencing will not replace existing systems, but complement others in helping North Dakotans use information technology in their professional and personal activities.

Video Graphic George Flaskerud explains how he has been reaching new audiences through video-conferencing (1:24 minutes)
