Link Experiencing eXtension
Nancy Porter, Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service, offers the course entitled, "Introduction to Experiencing eXtension." This course will acquaint you with the personal finance information and features of eXtension. It will help you maximize your use of eXtension to make your day-to-day work easier. Information relating to the new national initiative, Managing in Tough Times (MiTT), is included in the course, but the focus is on features in eXtension that can be used in programs on a wide variety of topics. Link Great Plains Institute of Food Safety Food Protection Certificate
Must have a baccalaureate degree in an area pertinent to food safety from an accredited educational institution of recognized standing. Student must receive a grade of B or better in each course to receive 9 credits and a Graduate Certificate in Food Protection. The Food Safety core courses are offered every semester, including summer.
Link Basic Computer Skills
This is a short, easy-to-master, web based course on basic computer skills.
