Professional Development and Self Assessments
The NDSU Extension Service defines professional development as each employee's right to build discipline expertise, to enhance personal growth, to improve teaching abilities and to contribute to organizational development. It is the organization's responsibility to provide options and the employee's responsibility to INVEST in their development by participating in opportunities available.
Self Assessment
All self assessments are available within the online course "Professional Development Self-Assessment for NDSU Extension Service" at http://pdc.extension.org/course/view.php?id=21 . You will need an eXtension ID and password to access the course.
Select self assessments to complete in consultation with your District Director and use the results to develop your Professional Development Plan.
