Phil Koapke has worked for the North Central Research Extension Center since May 1996. She received her bachelor's degree in 1996 and her M.S. in Information Systems in 2007 from Minot State University.

Phil is the center’s Webmaster. Her other responsibilities include information technology support for center staff, tracking agronomy trial data, and preparation of the center’s reports and publications.
