Jordan Hoefing is originally from southwest Iowa. She received her B.S. in Biology from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, NE and is currently working on her M.S. in Plant Sciences from North Dakota State University.

Jordan and her husband, Jonathan, currently live on the Minot Air Force Base with their dogs. Jon is an officer for the U.S. Air Force.
